Job Description

Job Objective:
To effectively manage the franchise channel and maximize sales volume in assigned territory/ area.
Job Responsibilities:

Achievement of new customer acquisition Sales target on monthly/quarterly/yearly achievement for prepaid & postpaid
Achievement of scratch card/ezeeLOAD targets on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
Achievement of MFS targets on monthly/ quarterly/ yearly basis
To gather Market Intelligence information on regular basis.
To ensure product availability & visibility on all active retail outlets in the assigned territory
To continuously increase the active number of retail outlets in assigned territory
To ensure that the franchise staff is trained on Product knowledge, Systems, Routines & Procedures and soft skills.
To guide franchisees in order to ensure efficient services to all retail outlets.
To monitor KPIs of the franchises
Ensure to gain complete product knowledge.
Stock Management

Key Performance Indicator:

Overall target achievement of GSM & MFS KPIs
Market analysis, feedback and improvement in sales channel
Ensure Daily & weekly stock covers of Sims, Recharge & E Float at the franchises in line with its targets.
To ensure effective implementation of company polices (franchise, and retail Market)
Market Visits to the retail on regular basis.
To ensure product availability & visibility at franchises and retail market.
To ensure that Warid standards of housekeeping, availability and visibility are met at all franchises/service centers
Special project implementation and activities assigned by line

Skill Set Required:

Strong working knowledge about Telco industry, trends, and strong analytical skills
Good communication and management skills
Excellent relationship building skills and ability to influence at all levels
