Responsibilities:
The Financial Controller will oversee the management of all financial and fiscal aspects of operations including but not limited to the following;
Hands on responsibility for financial management and reporting, including preparation of the management accounts and associated budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
Overseeing financial management of foreign operations, including ensuring compliance with all local, federal and State reporting requirements.
Performance evaluation of Finance Team / Division, including review of roles and responsibilities, identification of areas for automation and downward delegation of responsibilities.
Control and authorization of supplier payments.
Budgeting with cash-flow forecasting.
Annual audit and statutory compliance.
Overseeing payroll and legal affairs.
Liaising with Banks, Accountants and State Agencies.
Working Capital Management and Cash Flow Forecasting.
Responsibility for adherence to company Internal Controls and development of additional controls.
Liaising with Logistics and Demand Planning Department to ensure effective inventory. management.
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
