Store Human Capital Manager MAF Hypermarket Pakistan Job in Karachi

Job Description

Fixed & Intangible Assets:

    Facilitate store operation in providing necessary direct services covering telecommunication, transport, accommodation & maintenance, staff uniform, travel etc.
    To keep the company's assets in good conditions.
    Assist in helping for renovation, space or modification.
    Support the security and ensure safety and security of the Department.
    Manages senior staff accommodation, furniture inventory, company's car.

Human Resources:

    Ensure proper time and attendance of employees and take appropriate action against those who misuse the rules.
    Create, update employee information especially by using modern technology and electronic mail and facilitate information retrieval, manually and later on computer system.
    Ensure that right selection of candidates are made according to the approved budget and meet the job requirements of the Hypermarket business.
    Facilitate induction and training programmes for the new employees, to understand store business process and enable them to perform their jobs efficiently.
    Manage employee benefits and implement the company personnel policy and regulation related to it in a fair manner, but within his delegated authority.
    Maintain accurate employee leave schedule, compensation holidays and arrange for passage and transport as per employee's contract entitlement.
    Maintain employee's relations by attending their grievances meeting their requirement and assure overall fairness among them and motivate them for optimum performance.

Merchandise/Products:

    Attend business visit and transit visa requirements pertaining to Hypermarket promptly and in timely manner.
    Motivate staff to understand the business process of retail market.
    Help operation staff to maintain cleanliness in the store.

Money:

    Assist Finance in running the payroll that includes input, data process & output.
    Liaise with Head Office for the matters related to budget, final settlement of accounts and other requirements that may arise and necessary for decision making at the Head Office.
