Do you have experience of developing opportunities to cross-sell products to existing clients, and prospect for potential new clients to increase business.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager / Sales Agent having 2-4 years of related experience for our Islamabad office.
Responsibilities include
Developing opportunities to cross-sell products to existing clients.
Strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives.
Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
Meet and identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
Research and build relationships with new clients.
Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Participate in pricing the solution/service.
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiation.
You will need
Bachelor’s degree with minimum two years of previous experience in a BDM or sales/marketing agent.
A proven ability to plan, develop and execute business development strategies.
Experience in risk analysis.
Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
Proven ability to develop and implement B2B sales strategies.
Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills.
Strong background in negotiating, tendering and estimating.
