Job Description
Daewoo Pakistan Express Bus Service is recruiting Area Sales Associates (ASA’s) in it's Cargo Division.
Purpose:
To lead the company’s sales initiative and manage assigned areas in terms of Sales, Network Management, Marketing, CRM and handling of Franchises/CCP’s to achieve volumetric and sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Achieve sales, volumetric and profitability targets set for the year.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Selling services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Visit all Franchises/CCP’s within the assigned area and inspect the sites as per the required frequency to monitor their performance.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Monitor and track the pricing of competitors and inform management accordingly.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
