Job Description
To stay abreast of all recent developments in the field of wireless access network technologies (WLAN, Backhaul Radios, WiFi, WiMax) to make use of the best practices to maintain highest quality of service standards and adequately training the team on the same.
To efficiently manage the iDirect and satellite technology, SCPC, satellite broadband networks, commercial satellites, frequency bands, satellite link budgeting, satellite capacity leasing, satellite modems, antenna systems, RF hardware, Transceivers, BUCs.
To coordinate and resolve regulatory affairs with respect to PTA/FAB matters through facilitating regulatory affairs team.
To adequately meet pre-sales requirements with respect to designing various solutions and proposals with respect to wireless network services.
To coordinate with legal, and supply-chain teams to contract SLAs with (national/international) vendors while ensuring compliance to technical, financial and legal requirements.
Candidate Requirement:
Holder of Bachelors/Masters Degree in Telecom/Electrical cum Communication Engineering from a reputable university.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant field with the expertise in areas outlined in Job Description
Effective organizing & management skills
Strong analytical ability to identify technology trends and to introduce best practices that are good-fit with the organizational requirements
Excellent Interpersonal skills for efficient coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Age: 30 to 40
