Job Description
Job Objective: Assist Manager Branch Banking Operations & Cluster Manager Operations in supervision of KBLs Branch Banking Operations. Custodian of KBL Authorized Signatory Book and manages all additions/deletions.
Key Responsibilities Branch Banking Support
Assist MBBO & Cluster Manager Operations in timely support, assistance & required guidance to Branch Staff for any operational/business issue, clarification etc.
Ensure coordination among branch, Corporate Office & other units i.e. e.g., BTU, IT, F&A etc. for the resolution of issues, policy clarification and system & technology matters.
Maintain logs and MIS on exceptional issues and perform proper follow-up etc to ensure due action & closure.
Authorized Signatory Book
Main custodian of KBL Authorized Signatory Book (ASB).
Coordinate with Branch & Area Offices for addition/updating in ASB.
Coordinate with HR and relevant desks at Corporate Office for addition / deletion in ASB on timely basis.
Ensure periodical (monthly) review of ASB to be in line with HR records.
Maintain a record of all signature forms, updations in ASB.
Audit & Compliance
Assist Cluster Manager Operations in review of branch audit reports (internal/external/SBP).
Coordinate with relevant staff and assist in closure of issues/findings within stipulated timeframe.
Assist branches in responding to audit findings and recommend corrective action plan.
Any other relevant tasks assigned by line manager.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other attributes
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Finance from an HEC recognized/overseas university. Certification in IBP will be an added advantage.
2-4 years of banking experience preferably multinational commercial banks.
Knowledge of SBP & SECP regulations is a pre requisite.
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills.
Sound understanding of banking regulations. Incumbents role as banking operations trainer will be an added advantage.
Proficient in MS Office suite.
Willing to travel across KBL network.
