A newly established retail setup Master Cloth and suiting offers position in following department. Master Cloth and suiting is part of Master Group which owns leading brands in the sanitary fittings, tiles, granite, baby diapers, ballpoint pen and real estate.

Job Description:

Candidate who have vast experience in marketing of Men's Textile Fabrics in Box Packing.Who can develop Franchise, Dealer, Retail & Distribution Network at Division/district level.Having Professional skills in business devlopment and brand promotion.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the sales team affairs related to hiring, firing, training, motivation, sales targets, performance monitoring, customer service improvement initiatives, complaint handling etc.

2. Responsible for franchise development and relationship building.

3. Responsible for brand initiatives, implementation, promotions, joint promotions etc

4. Responsible for the policy implementation at nationwide.

5. Design, implement, and facilitate Month & annual marketing plan for the company.

6. Support and facilitate development and implementation of marketing plans.

7. Plan and administer the company’s Marketing budget and keep cost in control.

8. Manage customize materials according to specific market or customer requirements.

9. Train the marketing team for prospective client meetings, efective presentations, etc.

10. Responsible for building fabrics distribution network.

11. Supervise Marketing Assistant, Client Services Administrator, Communications Manager and Regional Marketing Managers.

12. Build and develop a marketing team which is competent, commercially astute, dedicated and efficient.

13. Focus on the Branding principles and tactics through multimedia and advertisement.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

The candidates with their own car will be preferred.
