Site Supervisor FA Associates Jobs in Karachi

Job Description

· Ensuring execution of Project Works according to the given drawings and specification using specialized machines (total station, theolide,etc) .

· Measurement of work done and Preparation of BOQS.

· Reporting to the site incharge on the work done according to the agenda given daily.

· Managing skilled/unskilled labor and sub contractors in order to ensure faster production..

· Comparing work done with the time schedule to ensure the speed of production.

· Ensuring the health and safety precautions are being followed by workers at site.

· Avoid wastage of consumable material at site Eg (Cement, sand & crush)

· Also in charge of applying procedures and systems to ensure the safety of staff, and others.

· Monitoring all site activities and inspection of all subcontractor works.

· Preparation of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Site reports sending to project manager.

Skills

Should be able to understand Drawing and do marking accordingly.
