Job Description

Reception & Greeting: Greeting of visitors, clients and guests and facilitating them.
Attendance Record Maintenance: Maintain the Attendance record and summarize the report daily and generate summary on daily, weekly and monthly basis
Telephone Exchange Handling: Dialing/Receiving/transferring of the call to the concerned department. Taking messages and deliver them shortly.
Courier Handling: Maintain receiving and dispatch courier LOG and receiving and disbursement of courier inside office.
Facilitation of Staff, Visitor and guests: Facilitate the guests with refreshment Keep the supplies in stock for kitchen, office supplies and washroom.
Assist in appointment & Scheduling of office staff
Assist in any other task as required by MD.
